**Full-Time Mornings, Afternoon/Evenings, Every other Saturday**

Multidisciplinary health care clinic looking for a friendly receptionist who is a fast learner that enjoys working with people in a fast paced/busy environment.
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phones
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing patients as well as insurance companies (EHB, WSIB, HCAI etc)
- Handling all front desk/office duties with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advance computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of EHB/WSIB/HCAI billing
- Use of a booking/billing system
- Must be able to travel between clinics (Stoney Creek and Burlington)
- Willing/able to cover vacation/sick days

**Knowledge of Chiropractic/Physiotherapy/Massage Therapy services and products would be an asset.

Days and times required to work:
Monday - Saturday, Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings

Ability to change shifts, cover vacation/sick days

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
