We are seeking a professional and dedicated **Part-Time Front Desk Associate/Supervisor Sub** who is passionate about growing their career and delivering great guest experiences. The **Part-Time Associate **will support the front desk supervisor to deliver an excellent guest experience every time. This is a hybrid role which will be onboarded as a **Part-Time Associate**, working regular shifts in this position, while training to become a **Front-Desk Supervisor,** working substitute shifts in the position while training to take the role permanently within 3-6 months. The front desk supervisor is responsible for all front-desk operations while on shift including managing the small front desk team, opening/closing the facility and making sure a premium brand experience is delivered for all guests. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive relationships with our incredible community. **Overview of Duties**: - Assigned "keyholder" to open and close the facility. - Lead the FOH and BOH shift teams to deliver premium brand experience on all shifts. - Plan shifts, delegate operational duties to the rest of the team. - Deliver guest services in line with standard operating procedure. - The on-duty "go to" for guest recovery situations. - Troubleshooting A/V issues in fitness studios. - Report on shift daily through written communication log with management team. **Qualifications** - 1-2 years of customer service, administration, and/or hospitality experience with a premium brand. - At least 1 year in a supervisory position leading a small team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Self-motivated and team-oriented - Personal interest in health and fitness a plus **Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Employment** We are an equal opportunity employer.
