**One Academy Front Desk Member Experience Associate - Evening Shifts and Weekends Required**

**What is a Member Experience Associate?**

**This position will give you the opportunity to introduce new members to Toronto’s most effective group training facility, and be part of a community that is bigger than fitness. As a Member Experience Associate, you will be responsible for showcasing our facility, familiarizing new members with our training programs, and providing next level customer service to all guests.**

**What can you expect in this role?**

**Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on. We can’t wait to hear what else you want to contribute to the role**
- **Manage the Front Desk including member check-ins for classes and appointments**:

- **Handle cash and credit card transactions**:

- **Educate clients about gym products, services, and events**:

- **Use problem solving skills to help members with account/membership issues**:

- **Provide excellent customer service to ensure members have the best possible experience every time they visit One Academy**:

- **Organize and maintain overall facility cleanliness**:

- **Operate coffee and smoothie bar (make smoothies, brew coffee, process transactions)**:

- **Retail merchandising and online sales fulfilment**:

- **Ad-hoc tasks as assigned**

**Qualifications**:

- **Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts**:

- **1+ years in a customer service role**:

- **Friendly, approachable, with strong written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Team player who takes initiative**:

- **Thrives in a fast paced environment**:

- **Interest in Health & Fitness industry**:

- **MindBody experience is a bonus**

**Front Desk Member Experience Associate Reports Directly to the Front Desk Manager**

**Part-time hours: 15-25 per week**

**Expected start date: 2021-04-01**

**Salary: From $15.00 per hour**

**COVID-19 considerations**:
**One Academy completes health screenings prior to shifts, and provides all necessary PPE/Supplies**
