**Responsibilities**:

- Receive high-quality leads and nurture them into successful transactions
- Full team support as you actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and client referrals
- Conduct property showings and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Full team support as you negotiate purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved to ensure smooth and timely transactions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario (OREA/RECO)
- Having successfully facilitated sales within residential real estate (preferred, but not required for new agents)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Coachable with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
