*Role Overview:*
- Position: Full-Time Sales Assistant
- Location: Ontario, Canada
- Salary: Base salary with additional commission per closed deal

*Responsibilities:*
- Assist the agent by qualifying the generated leads
- Conduct market research and stay updated on the Ontario real estate market
- Coordinate showings and listings, including travel with the agent
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

*Qualifications:*
- Interest in understanding the Ontario real estate market
- Hunger for knowledge and willingness to receive training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly dedicated and motivated individual
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be open to travel with the agent for showings and listings

Pay: $2,000.00-$2,500.00 per month
