**Responsibilities**:

- Receive high-quality leads and nurture them into successful transactions
- Benefit from full team support as you actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, open houses, and client referrals
- Conduct property showings & listing appointments, providing expert advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Get full team support as you negotiate purchase agreements and handle necessary documentation
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved to ensure smooth and timely transactions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Possess a valid Real Estate License in Ontario (OREA/RECO)
- Previous success in facilitating sales within residential real estate is preferred, but not required for new agents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Coachable with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
