**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Supervisor Claims Review**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Audit and Claim Verification the Supervisor Claims Review will be responsible for monitoring the activities and productivity of their staff, assessing and monitoring workflow within the claims review team and overseeing the day to day operations of the members of the team. The Supervisor will assign and delegate work within the team, monitor results, make recommendations for improvement across the program, provide training and support. The Supervisor must be aware of all aspects of audit and claims review process (ACVP), client reporting needs and their teams capabilities and be able to problem solve and react appropriately.

Initially role will directly support the start-up design and implementation of the ACVP Dental audit methodologies, processes, and training documentation.

**What you will do**
- Attract, retain and develop talent in building a high-performing team
- Provide resources and support to staff including managing staff performance and development.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the ACVP
- Co-ordinate with and communicate with the ACVP internal and external delivery partners
- Supervise the delivery of required ACVP elements, including escalations from the team

**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Dental Clinic experience is required - current knowledge in (dental technology, billing practices, office administration, documentation & charting practices)
- Work to establish relationships with Dental Providers
- Education or work experience in an audit/quality discipline considered an asset
- Demonstrate strong ability to recruit, develop, coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage multiple demands with tight deadlines is necessary.
- Ability to adapt to change and lead others through change
- Strong technical skills
- Strong continuous improvement focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels
- Bilingual in French and English: Ability to read and write in French is an asset
- Enhanced Security Screening is a requirement of this position.
