We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative people with a great eye for design and a desire to create amazing displays that feel like home The winning combination of teamwork and skill for this dynamic position will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous retail locations **Responsibilities**: - Maintain all merchandise and accessory displays on the showroom floor - Create eye-catching visual displays that lead our customers through the entire store - Arrange home furnishings and vendor displays in an attractive manner designed to enhance the appeal to purchase - Create and implement new and innovative merchandising strategies - Construct and implement visual presentation display for promotions and events - Track and maintain inventory accuracy Qualifications: - Demonstratable visual design skills - Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practises. - Have an eye/passion for interior decorating - Detail oriented - Creative and Innovative thinker - Ability to work alone as well as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Great communication skills - Staging experience would be an asset - Post secondary education in a related field would be an asset Why The Brick?: - Flexible “employer-paid” benefits including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family - Competitive pay - Paid training - Career progression program - Access to free personal development training - Employee discounts & Personal "Paid" days off - Be a part of Canada’s largest home furnishings retailer - We welcome all abilities to apply.
