Responsibilities:

- Monitor the flow of customers in and out of the store, ensuring that there is adequate space for aisles, showroom, and backroom.
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual appearance of store by cleaning and organizing store shelves, counters, windows, and bathrooms; stock merchandise; and chart out-of-stock items.
- Work with supervision to assist in supervising cashier staff.
- Hire and oversee seasonal help; train new employees.
- Maintain inventory levels by following company policy for receiving, storing and issuing merchandise; notify management of low inventory levels; order merchandise as needed.
- Assist management with opening or closing procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Convenience store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gloucester, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
