Service Coordinator

As GeoScan’s **Service Coordinator,** you will be supported and encouraged to grow with every opportunity. If you’re experienced in scheduling technicians, talking with clients, project admin, and creating invoices this might be the job for you. We’re looking for someone to join our team to support the Land Surveying Division. This role will be based in Burnaby, with the option of flexible work upon completion of training.

As part of the GeoRadar Group, GeoScan provides services for the entire lifecycle of the construction project, and you’ll benefit from this full-scope approach by cross-training and working closely with other teams as well as Division and Project Managers.

**As our Land Surveying Service Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Screening client calls
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Scheduling technicians
- Entering project-related information into our CRM
- Preparing invoices for review by the Division or Project Manager
- General project-related administrative tasks such as creating project folders
- Collaborating with other dispatch teams to optimize resources
- Reviewing LEMs
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Follow-up calls to clients

**On your resume, we will be looking for the following**:

- Minimum 2 years of project coordination, scheduling or project coordination
- Experience in creating invoices considered an asset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Examples of experience in similar roles
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with Land or Utility Surveying is considered an asset
