Parts and Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our Turbo Machinery Division as a Parts and Service Coordinator. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our division's rapid growth and will be primarily focused on serving major accounts located in Alberta and British Columbia.
As the Parts and Service Coordinator, you will assume a crucial responsibility of promptly addressing our customers' daily needs. Your proactive approach in organizing and scheduling work for our field service technicians will ensure efficient operations. In addition, you will be responsible for placing orders with diverse suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels of parts and consumables, and driving revenue growth in the parts and service segment.

**Daily activities will include**:
- Selling and promoting parts and services.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relations.
- Asking basic troubleshooting questions to determine customer needs and to provide effective solutions.
- Collaborating with service and sales personnel to execute planned maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment overhauls, and effectively manage both short and long term projects.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Promptly responding to incoming customer inquiries.
- Making proactive phone calls to schedule service work.
- Making follow-up phones calls to customers and vendors.
- Creating repair estimates and proposals for customers and providing necessary follow-up.
- Processing transactions on a daily basis in a manner that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Ordering parts and consumables from various vendor partners.
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Reviewing service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
