**Purpose of the Position**:
The Parts Coordinator is directly responsible for supporting all other departments within Pritchard Power West. These include Administration, Sales, and Service departments.

**Education Required**:
High School diploma at a minimum. Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

**Experience Required**:

- **Previous experience in an industrial engine/generator/heavy equipment parts capacity, or in an automotive parts capacity is essential**_. Computer proficiency and a thorough knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, at an intermediate level, is required. The capability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written is necessary. A working knowledge of French would be an asset. Counter Balance forklift certification and/or experience is considered an asset.

**Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Source and research parts and other components using internal and external resources, including reading and accurately interpreting parts drawings & diagrams
- Provide both written and verbal quotations while adhering to all company pricelists and/or markup strategies
- Ensure all parts department key performance indicators (KPI) are met
- Price remedial repairs for the Service Department as per set timelines
- Enter Purchase Orders into company ERP system, coding correctly for department and job number
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with vendors and customers, both incoming and outgoing
- Enter all company Invoices/Packing Lists into company ERP system, coded correctly for customer file, department, job and general ledger accounts
- Enter, issue, and track purchase orders
- Perform alpha/numeric filing as required
- Maintain office/shop supplies and equipment in good order
- Maintain inventory levels in both the parts stock room and warehouse
- Perform company shipping and receiving duties, including loading and offloading heavy equipment
- Coordinate, book, and consolidate all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure PPW always receives competitive freight rates
- Count and update inventory levels, as required
- Ensure warehouse and parts room are clean and organized
- Maintain data in various databases, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or required by business need
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Always perform duties in a safe and efficient manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
