Hours:
Monday 1:45pm-7:15pm (a min of 2 per month)

Tuesday 1:45pm-7:15pm

Thursday 1:45pm-7:15pm

Saturday 8:45-2:15pm (2 per month) None in August

The schedule is posted a year in advance so there are no surprises.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with scheduling and coordinating their treatment plans. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental terminology, and experience working in a dental office, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment plans
- Greet patients and provide them with necessary paperwork
- Collect and update patient information in electronic dental records system
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a dental office preferred
- Proficient in dental terminology
- Familiarity with electronic billing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
