We are currently looking for a highly organized, responsible, and knowledgeable construction administrator. The role will primarily be responsible for creating, issuing, and entering purchase order information from customers and subcontractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receipt and data entry of purchase orders from builders
- Issuing of purchase orders to the subcontractor crews
- Pulling concrete orders from subcontractors and creating work orders
- Providing work orders to order desk department for completion
- Creating and issuing purchase orders for concrete orders
- Communicating with field superintendents on changes, variances, etc.
- Entering notes, changes, and interactions within SupplyPro
- Other administrative functions as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Preferably, experience with SupplyPro
- Preferably, diploma or degree in administration

Hours of Work
Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
