WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:_**
- Create original social content across Dulcedo social channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
- Engage in community management in social accounts (replying to DMs and comments, answering inquiries about the company).
- Manage our social media accounts.
- Correspondence and follow up with members across the organization to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Copywriting and copyediting social captions and blog posts.
- Responsible for editing videos for our public social pages.
- Develop engaging social graphics on Canva.
- Monitoring social analytics.
- Produce a monthly social media report including metrics across all platforms.
- Staying on top of news and trends in social media in general, and within the industry.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:_**
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in a social media management role.
- Comprehensive and current understanding of social media and online trends for a North American audience.
- Education in social media management or related field highly preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be proficient in video/photo editing.
- Experience in digital communication & chatting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and autonomous team player with excellent time management skills.
