As part of part of Newen (TF1 Group) and A+E Networks, Reel One leads the way in the acquisition, financing, production and distribution of high-quality TV programming, being one of the largest suppliers in the niche of highly commercial TV movies.

Reel One Entertainment is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Distribution Team at our Montreal office.

This role is hybrid, in office and remote.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in various tasks to push and promote our films on VOD platforms as well as day to day tasks.

Main Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Create Social Media Content for VOD promotional needs
- Write Copy for Content for VOD promotional needs
- Manage Content Calendar and Posting Schedule
- Meet with Sales monthly to ensure social media and marketing strategy align with sales goals
- Report Findings and Analytics each month
- Work with Business Affairs to connect cast with VOD partners for Social Media Promotion
- Provide Press Kits for all Cast & Encourage Promotion of their films on VOD
- Collaborate with VOD Channels and Social Media Influencers for Cross Promotion
- Be in Contact with our VOD partners to ensure Key Art, promos, etc. are positioned correctly
- Support Marketing in Day-to-Day requests from clients

Who You Are:

- 1-2 years of Social Media Experience
- 1-2 years of Experience with Hootsuite
- Adobe Creative Cloud Experience (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom)
- Strong communication and presentation skills - an ability to deal with people at all levels and a can-do attitude
- You Work Ahead of the Schedule
- Proactive, forward-thinking mind-set
- First-class organization skills - able to prioritize tasks and meetings accordingly
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the English language both written and orally
- Interested in following VOD trends
