**Your role, your impact**:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth mainly on LinkedIn, maintaining brand voice and driving meaningful interactions.

Please note that this role is open across Canada and the US.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Develop and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn;
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn;
- Write, edit, and publish engaging content;
- Monitor and engage with the audience;
- Track and analyze social media metrics;
- Coordinate with the marketing team for consistent messaging;
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices;
- Create and edit visual content for LinkedIn;
- Create static and motion assets aligned with our brand;
- Produce insight-driven performance reports;
- Support cross-functional teams with visual assets when necessary.

**Keys to your success**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or journalism;
- Hands-on experience with social media management;
- Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms;
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Canva (or other image software/apps);
- Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality;
- Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs;
- Ongoing awareness of media trends;
- Attention to detail, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent writing and grammar skills;
- Bilingualism.

**Language skills**
- French: Proficient
- English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
