**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Ensure smooth operations during service (dine-in, takeout, catering).
- Train, support, and motivate kitchen team members.
- Monitor inventory, manage waste, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
- Support chefs with food preparation when required.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a **supervisory or lead cook role** (restaurant or food service).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for Mexican food and hospitality.
- A background in restaurant work will be highly regarded as it demonstrates your capability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
