Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service, skilled in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist with food handling, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and safety protocols are maintained
  • Supervise and lead staff through service and to hit prep and par goals.
  • Support food preparation activities, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
  • Experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Prior management or supervisor experience recommended but not required will provide training to right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
