**Client Coordinator (Receptionist) needed for a niche Physiotherapy clinic**

The ScoliClinic is British Columbia’s only Physical Therapy clinic dedicated to kids, teens, and adults who have scoliosis, which is a 3-dimensional curvature of the spine.

We are a team of compassionate Physical Therapists and Client Coordinators who work hard to provide scoliosis-specific physical and emotional care to our clients.

With 3 locations throughout the lower mainland (Vancouver, Surrey, and North Van), our company is ever-expanding. We are looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented individual to work as a Client Coordinator in our Vancouver Head Quarters and North Vancouver locations

**Client Coordinator Duties and Personal Attributes**:

- Taking pride in our clinic space - showing the space respect and forward thinking with what needs to be done is ideal
- Striving for high-quality interactions with each client - being driven to provide outstanding client service is needed.
- Greeting and connecting with all clients - being an empathetic, articulate and concise communicator will help with this
- Accepting feedback from clients, their families and the other members of the team - being open to feedback and understanding is a needed attribute
- Navigating potentially sensitive situations with clients or staff - showing compassion, kindness and empathy towards others will help you excel
- Overseeing X-Ray coordination - organization and an eye for detail is a must
- Adapting to evolving systems and clinic protocols - a willingness to learn and flow with change is key

**General Duties**
- Opening/closing clinic
- Welcoming clients to the clinic
- Communicating via phone with clients to answer questions about The ScoliClinic and book new clients in for assessments
- Coordinate scheduling for clients follow-up visits
- Processing payment and following up on accounts receivable
- Processing paperwork to requesting X-Rays discs from various facilities

**Skills**
- Jane App
- Proficiency with Mac computer/programs and other programs
- Google Drive
- Fluent in english (2nd language is a bonus)

**Schedule**

Monday 9am-3pm
Tuesday 9am-3pm
Thursdays 7:00am-3:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am-3:30pm

**Compensation**: Negotiable, based on experience and skill set

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
