With the successful experience in the United States, GCI is established to provide Hyundai Glovis' expertise in logistics and synergy in operations to its Canadian counterparts - Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and KIA Canada Inc. **WE ARE HIRING "HR Coordinator" (For 1 year fixed term contract - Internship)** **Position Summary** This position primarily involves performing administrative tasks within the HR department. This role includes responsibilities such as managing HR files, assisting with office supply procurement, mailbox, and storage maintenance, and providing support for various administrative aspects of HR operations. Moreover, this role includes coordinating corporate events and holidays to create a more dynamic and innovative work environment. It offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR administrative duties while contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. **Responsibilities** - Maintain and organize HR files and records (D.B) with the utmost confidentiality. - Assist in the hiring and termination processes by handling administrative tasks and documentation. - Manage attendance records and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. - Take the lead in coordinating corporate events, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our work environment. - Handle monthly HR invoices and generate detailed reports for analysis. - Provide general administrative support to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. - Additional responsibilities may be delegated as needed. **Education**: - Completion of University or College program with Human Resources Management or Business Administration major preferred. **Experience**: - Proven experience in HR, Administration or a related field. **Skills**: - Bilingual in Korean is an asset. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Please confirm that this is a 1-year full-time contract position.** - **We thank all applicants for their submissions, but only those who are shortlisted will be contacted.**_ **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site gym - On-site parking - Paid time off - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5B 3C3
