**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for an **HR Coordinator** who is early in their career and excited to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of HR. In this role, you’ll support the development of our HR function while working closely with our CEO and a senior HR consultant. This is an opportunity to take ownership, build your skills, and help shape the culture of a company that’s scaling quickly.

**What You'll Do**

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping our company attract, develop, and support great people. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Lead end-to-end hiring processes across departments, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
- **Employee Experience**: Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions, concerns, and culture-building initiatives that make 416 Automation a great place to work.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, HR policies, and benefit programs with accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Communications & Engagement**: Support internal communications by preparing newsletters, presentations, and employee-facing updates.
- **Events & Culture**: Organize team-building activities, coordinate town hall meetings, and support other company events that bring people together.
- **Strategic Alignment**: Partner with the CEO to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategic goals.
- **Training & Development**: Track employee training requirements, schedule sessions, and occasionally deliver training or onboarding workshops.

**What You Bring**
- We’re looking for someone who is motivated to grow their HR career and eager to take initiative. Ideally, you bring:

- A diploma or post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Hands-on HR experience (through internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent spreadsheet and data management skills (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively across different teams.

**Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)**:

- Experience with payroll or accounts payable.
- Exposure to HR in a manufacturing or technical environment.
