**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate & manage all phases of construction projects & BW Crew to successfully deliver projects, delivering them on time and on budget.
- Scope project work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and facilitate communication among team members.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules using construction software and related programs.
- Read construction drawings/plans to guide construction activities.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Lead and/or train others in the work, as required, including on safety regulations, practices, and PPE.
- Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles to ensure orderly work areas.
- Provide high-quality customer service to our external and internal customers.

Personal Attributes & Traits:

- Experienced. At least five (5) years of construction coordination experience, including knowledge of and work with construction estimating processes and techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/plans accurately.
- Disciplined. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possessing strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fast-learner & adaptable.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-starter & independent worker. Able to work with mínimal supervision, following instructions and providing feedback as required. Comfortable exercising independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines.
- Possessing strong customer service and communication skills, particularly with trades and those in the construction industry.
- Team builder & team player. Able to coordinate work assignments with other workers, divisions or departments and inspire others to perform at highest level.
- Leader. Demonstrates leadership by example, not just talk.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
