**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze blueprints and other project documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating software such as Procore to generate accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and scope.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that outline project costs, timelines, and specifications.
- Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure estimates remain competitive.
- Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring alignment between estimating and execution phases.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using estimating software, particularly procore.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with General contractors.
- Solid understanding of project management processes related to construction projects.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all estimates prepared.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear presentation of estimates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
