Office Administrator

We are looking to add a self-motivated team player who will take initiative to make our accounting firm their own. we're looking to add the right person to our team. We value good morals, being a team player and getting along with your peers and clients. This is a requirement for the position.
Below are some of the responsibilities of the position;
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping best practices
- Minimum 3 years relevant bookkeeping and administrative experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Capable to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines
- Prepare accurate reports
- Provide assistance and respond to queries from management
- Knowledge in payroll, WSIB and HST returns
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON L4C 9M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Office administrator: 2 years (required)
