We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, self-motivated and organized Head Coach to assist our Coach Manager during peak summer operations from May - August (excluding the long weekends).

Are you capable of evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback or improvements to our coaching staff? Are you available on Saturday and Sunday mornings, Tuesday and Thursday evenings? Do you have your own reliable vehicle to travel to various locations across the region including Woodstock?

Little Kickers provides children 1.5 to 7+ years of age a positive introduction to sport through our play-structured soccer classes. Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun, non-competitive environment with our coaches using their imagination and creativity to deliver our lesson plans in an engaging and playful atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building effective working relationship with coach teams and evaluating performance teams at various locations and providing constructive feedback.
- Assisting with and participating in coach training.
- Corresponding with Coach Manager regularly about issues/concerns.
- Organizing and distributing supplies (balls/nets/uniforms) to coach teams across the region if needed.
- Acting as Lead or Assistant Coach during absences of regular coaches, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Positive, solution-focused attitude towards problem-solving and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to receive direction and provide constructive criticism to your team.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to train, engage and evaluate your coach teams.
- High energy individual with a good level of fitness and able to evaluate classes and/or coach soccer skills/games with young children for 3+ hours, if required.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent time management.
- Administrative skills and computer literacy (Google Docs/Sheets).
- Management, supervisory and/or leadership experience.
- Valid G Driver's license and own vehicle is mandatory with ability to travel to different locations.
- Must be able to work weekend mornings (9 am - 12:30 pm) and weeknights (4 pm - 7:30 pm) consistently from June to August (excluding the two long weekends).
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and coaches.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently or with a team of coaches.
- Current First Aid or CPR Certification a definite asset.

Home Base: London, ON

Part-time (approximately 7 - 14 hours per week).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

Work Location: In person
