**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our Squash Program. This role is ideal for someone who is not only an experienced squash player but also possesses strong leadership, organizational, and educational skills. The Head of Squash Program will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, fostering a love for the sport among participants, and ensuring a positive and engaging environment for all members.

**Duties**
- Design, implement, and oversee all aspects of the squash program, including training sessions and competitive events.
- Educate participants on squash techniques, strategies, and sportsmanship to enhance their skills and enjoyment of the game.
- Organize and manage squash tournaments, leagues, and clinics to promote participation at all skill levels.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate the squash program within the broader sports offerings of the facility.
- Provide mentorship and support to coaches and volunteers involved in the program.
- Maintain communication with participants and their families to foster community engagement and ensure satisfaction with the program.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to help individuals achieve their personal goals in squash.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in playing squash at a competitive level; coaching experience is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to educate others, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Passion for teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal development through athletics.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages participation from individuals of all ages and skill levels.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple events, coaches, and schedules effectively.
- A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and well-being through sports activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Squash Instructor: 3 years (preferred)
