**Reports to**:Contract Administration
**Purpose**:The Administrator role is a key support role to the various functions of the management team. This role provides primary support to our Contract Administrator. This individual also assists in all front office functions, is the second point of customer contact, and provides ongoing customer service through problem solving, analyzing challenges, providing solutions, and completing jobs in a timely manner.

**Result**:Contract Administration is supported and able to keep projects running smoothly, sales and operations running smoothly. Customers feel increased trust with accuracy in contract fulfillment.
**METRICS TO MEASURE RESULTS**
- Accurate Weekly Billing on Time
- Contract Administration is well supported
- Permits are applied for within two weeks of sale
**DETAIL OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. **Contract Administration Support**
- Acquire permits and locates
- Input scheduling data
- Job setup in LMN Time and Quickbooks
- Invoicing daily/weekly, including work in progress
- Warranty registration
- Building and updating contract renewals
- Producing template/proposals for fast turnaround
**2. **Reporting and Data**
- Filling out dashboards for various meetings
- Producing scorecards for teams and individual performance for management
**3. **Operational Support**
- Inventory Counts/Controls and adjustments
- Pricing catalogue updates
- LMN updates
- Purchasing/receiving support (refer to purchasing plan)
- Fleetio data entry, booking and monitoring of required appointments
- Assist with special projects
**4. **General Administration**
- Customer service support
- Qualify and accurately record leads in Copper, assigning to the appropriate salesperson or disqualifying
- Lead and facilitate the resolution of customer problems or concerns and redirect them
- Processing payments
- Errands and other clerical duties
