As a Quality Inspector you will perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. You will inspect materials, parts and products at different stages of production. **Responsibilities**: - Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials - Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing by completing reports and logs; input data into quality database. - Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. - Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures - Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration. - Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function. - Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists. - Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise. **Qualifications**: - High School Degree or equivalent experience required. - 2 years required, 3 years preferred of quality inspector experience. - Ability to analyze information. - Ability to report research results. - Strong documentation and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Strong math skills. - Ability to use measurement equipment. - Basic computer skills. - Wesco International, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Wesco") provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
