Reporting to the Quality lead, the role of the Quality Inspector is to ensure our precision parts meet customer quality requirements and that the company is complies to its quality assurance system.

**Details**:
The Quality Inspector role is to:

- Inspect and measure parts as per customer requirements using available inspection equipment and conduct root cause analysis on deviations
- Conduct in-process inspection and support production staff to fix machining and assembly problems
- Inspect and validate incoming material, finished parts, hardware, and document accordingly
- Ensure all processes respect our AS and ISO certifications
- Complete the appropriate paperwork and communicate with customer when needed
- Perform FAI and sample inspection on parts and provide feedback and direction to the operations team
- Complete other tasks when needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years minimum of experience in inspecting manufactured metal or/and plastic parts
- Experience with inspection tools
- Knowledge of GD&T and interpreting technical/mechanical drawings
- Good written French and English
- Good eye vision and capacity to identify defects in precision parts
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in aerospace, an asset
- Experience with FAIs, an asset

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
