**KEY ACTIVITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manages customer complaints, returns and corrective actions requested by them following identified non-conformities

Manages the system of internal corrective actions originating from non-conformities of the company as well as internal audits

Validates and signs the certificates of conformity prepared by the designated official, verifies the conformity of the documents and certifies the product on behalf of the company

Verifies the quality clauses of customer purchase orders according to company procedure, approves the order and documents this approval in accordance with the procedure

Checks the manufacturing ranges for quality requirements and inspection planning (FAI or others) according to Elimetal's procedure and completes the appropriate documentation

Performs supplier audits (remotely or on-site if necessary), manages documentation (reports, questionnaires, files, etc.) and communicates with suppliers (keeps approvals and the list of approved suppliers up to date)

Prepares and performs internal audits, builds files, documents, updates the schedule, communicates requirements and results according to company procedure and follows up and/or implements corrective action requests

Prepare and present the quarterly management review and participate in various projects

Prepare data and statistics for production meetings

Manages the KPI file (key performance index) for all departments of the company as well as the factory and the display of information in the factory.

Writes and modifies work instructions and procedures. Verifies changes to customer specifications and updates the quality system when necessary.

Support quality inspectors as needed

Checks employee stamps.

**COMPETENCY PROFILE**

Training in mechanical manufacturing techniques or metallurgy (engineering degree, an asset)

Relevant experience of 2 years in a similar role in the manufacturing field (aeronautics, an asset)

Knowledge of AS9100 standards and other quality indicators

Analytical skills and judgment

Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail

Ability to coordinate projects

Ability to read drawings and plans

Experience with ERP software and very good knowledge of the MS Office suite

Very good command of English and French both orally and in writing (perfect bilingualism is not an absolute)

**Salary**: $14.25-$27.00 per hour
