Responsabilités:
Principales responsabilités:
- Gérer, évaluer et analyser les problèmes de qualité des fournisseurs
- Gérer, planifier et exécuter des projets et initiatives complexes et transversaux
- Gérer et participer aux revues qualité, aux PMR et aux gouvernances avec le 2e niveau de direction (Directeurs)
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration, l'efficacité de l'équipe, les compétences de l'équipe et des autres parties prenantes
- Définir les mesures correctives et le plan d'amélioration avec les fournisseurs
- Proposer des solutions innovantes et élaborer une solution optimale pour les problèmes complexes et gérer le déploiement de la solution
- Réaliser une analyse des risques pour les solutions complexes
- Élaborer et recommander une stratégie de communication de la décision
- Analyser les données et générer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) sur la performance qualité des fournisseurs.
- Gérer les questions et les tâches reliées aux RNC/VRNC nécessitant l'approbation du MRB.
- Fournir un soutien technique et un accompagnement sur les outils qualité aux membres de l'équipe et aux parties prenantes.
- Agir en tant que mentor et participer à la définition des plans stratégiques du département.
Autres responsabilités (si nécessaire):
- Planifier et réaliser l'analyse des FAI Invoquer et réaliser l'inspection à la source Examiner et approuver les formulaires qualité (p. ex., livraison directe)
Exigences:
- Au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans le secteur aérospatial
- Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en qualité
- Expérience dans les produits finis de jet d'affaires (sièges, galleys, périphériques, monuments vernis, etc.) est requise
- Vaste expérience en résolution de problèmes et en analyse des causes racines
- Expérience dans l’utilisation des méthodologies et outils de résolution de problèmes : 8D, PDCA, 5 pourquoi, Ishikawa, Poka Yoke, etc.
- Une ceinture verte ou noire Six Sigma sera considérée comme un atout
- Connaissance générale des systèmes qualité aérospatiaux et des normes internationales
- Maîtrise des produits de la suite Microsoft. Un certain degré de créativité et de flexibilité est requis.
- Capacité à lire des plans et à vérifier les propriétés dimensionnelles des pièces ou des matières premières afin de garantir la conformité aux plans et spécifications de fabrication, y compris la connaissance des GD&T.
- Une expérience en inspection de premier article (AS9102) sera considérée comme un atout.
- La connaissance de Net Inspect et Discus sera considérée comme un atout.
- La connaissance de SAP sera considérée comme un atout.
- Maîtrise des concepts, pratiques et procédures standard en matière d'inspection, y compris la maîtrise de l'utilisation et de l'interprétation des MMT, des comparateurs, des micromètres, des calibres de filetage et des pieds à coulisse.
- Expert (modèle) capable de travailler sans supervision.

**Responsibilities**:
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, assess & investigate supplier quality issues
- Lead, plan & execute high complex & cross-functional projects & initiatives
- Lead & participate to quality reviews, PMRs & governances with 2nd level of management (Directors)
- Identify improvement opportunities, team efficiency, capability among the team & other stakeholders.
- Define Corrective action & improvement plan with the suppliers
- Propose innovative solutions and elaborate optimum solution for complex issues & manage the deployment of the solution.
- Perform a risk analysis for complex solutions.
- Elaborate & recommend a strategy on how the decision shall be communicate.
- Perform data analysis & generate KPI on supplier’s quality performance
- Manage RNC / VRNC Q & tasks that required MRB approval
- Provide technical support & coaching on quality tools to the team members & stakeholders
- Act as a mentor & participate to define the strategic plans of the department
Other responsibilities (if required):
- Plan & Perform FAI review
- Invoke & Perform source inspection
- Review & approve quality forms (ex: dropship)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in aerospace
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Quality
- Experience with Completions business jet interior (Galleys, Lavatories, Veneer interior monuments, etc.)
- Extensive experience in problem solving and root cause analysis
- Experience using the problem solving methodologies and tools: 8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Poka Yoke, etc.
- A Six Sigma Green or Black belt will be considered an asset
