**Required Skills**:
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn
- attention to detail
- must be able to work independently
- must have good time management
- experience in a similar role preferred
- experience in the construction industry an asset
Duties Include:
- data entry
- filing & office organization
- document scanning
- coordinating travel arrangements for field technicians
- liaise with other departments to achieve tasks
- purchase order acknowledgements
- assist with setting up meetings
- logging and tracking Request for Quotes from sales department
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
