As Marketing Manager, a typical day might include:_**
- Developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for 3 - 4 Practice Groups
- Sourcing and managing content marketing libraries & resources to deliver marketing collateral and content marketing assets
- Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and implementing course corrections as needed

- Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and using appropriate internal processes
- Tracking effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and implementing course corrections as needed

**Must haves**:

- 5-7 years relevant marketing experience within a B2B environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of experience & education
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment and successful execution of marketing assets - messaging, positioning, sales tools, and campaigns

- Thorough understanding and experience with inbound & content marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including writing and editing
- Strong project and relationship management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge and experience building marketing & sales presentations (MS Office Suite, Prezi, etc.)
- Ability to build partnerships and effectively set up and keep relationships with internal and external clients and vendors
- Willingness to learn the basics of insurance, the company’s products and services, and the market landscape
- Outstanding Teamwork skills
