We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, agency-style team and to grow their career in real estate marketing. In this role, you will coordinate and execute marketing projects, correspond with clients, design and host innovative events, as well as oversee the creation of e-blasts to achieve client goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Project Coordination and Administration**Task and Document Management**:Create and manage tasks and workback schedules in Asana, proactively communicating potential timeline challenges; Maintain up-to-date documents to ensure version control, business continuity, and efficiency-
**Meetings - Agendas and Preparation**: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and distribute comprehensive meeting invites and agendas in advance, ensuring clear objectives are set, relevant stakeholders are included, and spaces (in-person or virtual) are prepared**Meetings - Minutes**:Accurately document discussions, decisions, and action items, ensuring minutes are clear, concise, and error-free. Distribute minutes promptly to all relevant stakeholders for transparency and accountability.**Budgeting**:Coordinate project budgets on project marketing expenses including estimating, budget reconciliation and providing update reports to the Marketing Manager
**Event Coordination**- Coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion through detailed brief writing, ensuring they drive sales, meet client goals and stay on budget. This involves a hands-on approach to venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and communications for events for the media, realtors, and public- Design and execute events with a creative approach, incorporating thoughtful elements and the latest event trends (where appropriate) to ensure they remain fresh and effective- Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners and vendors, including agencies, renderers, media, photographers, influencers, and signage providers- Coordinate the production and distribution of e-blasts
WHAT YOU BRING
**Education and Experience**- Minimum of two years of experience working in marketing in a professional environment, real estate experience is an asset- A strong interest in growing your career in the real estate industry- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, real estate or a related field (consider an asset)
**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**- Knowledge and passion for the the local real estate industry- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, senior leaders, clients and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of marketing efforts-
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to both internal teams and external stakeholders (including partners, vendors, and media)- Excellent project management skills to create workback plans and manage multiple projects efficiently- Strong initiation and follow-up skills, including proactively asking questions, seeking and embracing feedback and escalating roadblocks- Ability to prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment- Proven problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of urgency and a hands-on approach- Ability to proactively identify and address issues before escalation- Demonstrated ability to seek and embrace feedback, to grow your self
