Indigo Park Canada is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented **Reservation Clerk** to join our team at **Pearson Airport**. As a global leader in parking and mobility solutions, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support clients using our online reservation system by inputting accurate data and resolving issues effectively.
- Explain Indigo’s parking products and services clearly and confidently.
- Manage daily data entry tasks and ensure all customer information is kept up to date and confidential.
- Process refunds and support investigations related to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative to complete other administrative duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**:

- **1-2 years of customer service experience**, preferably in retail, hospitality, parking, or call center environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable speaking with customers and solving problems with empathy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable sitting and using a computer for extended periods.
- **Bilingualism in English and French is an asset**, especially for client support.
- Previous experience using reservation or ticketing systems is a plus.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
