** **build and maintain products in the reservations system (TTS), including hotels, flights, excursions, cruises, and other miscellaneous products. The position reports to the Costings Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

**What You’ll Do**:

- _ Create and amend ITC packages and other products in reservation systems, based on details supplier contract, flight schedules_,_ and margin criteria_
- _ Upload hotel contracts from the contracting system (PCS) into reservations system (TTS)_
- _ Q_C_ _all entries and manually adjust as needed_
- _ Manually create/adjust all other products to reservation system (flights, excursions, transfers, insurance, etc_._)_
- _ Provide inter-department support with specific reservation system procedures/requests_
- _ R_esearch history of selling rates or cost rates_
- _ Manually adjus_t _product for booking exceptions_ and new selling needs_
- _ Analyze costing components and selling prices for accuracy, adjusting where required_
- _ Review reports for accuracy and_ _verification_, while double-checking all work entries_ _
- _Verifying that pricing is correct and _all products are _available for sale_
- _ Ensure rates in reservation system are accurate and displayed effectively through all automated distribution channels (internal reservation system, our website_,_ and Sirev)_
- _ Ensuring that selling and cost prices are accurate based on info from contracting system and margin guidelines_
- _ Test department functions in line with system upgrades_
- _ Ensuring that a full and complete test script is completed for all system upgrades_
- _ Ensure_ _through _day_-_to_-_day use that the system is performing as expected_

**What You’ll Need**:

- _ One (1) to three (3) years of _work-related experie_nce_
- _ Strong organizational skills _
- _Ability to multi-task and perform in adapting environments _
- _Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills_
- _ Time management skills with a high attention to detail _
- _Ability to learn the systems and programs used_
