**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
- Conduct presentations that highlight the services and products of the company to prospects.
- Work with management to develop proposals.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
- Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customers’ needs.
- Document internal processes and procedures (CRM data entry).
- Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur.
- Understand processes by completing assigned training materials.
- This position will require frequent local travel.

**Required Skills**:

- 3-5 years: Outside sales experience with selling relevant services and products.
- 3-5 years: B2B sales experience in the SMB and SME marketplace - preferred.
- Local area knowledge of the market is required
- A winner’s attitude with a proven record of accomplishment of past performance, successes, and achievements
- Collaborative, “Can-Do” attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Achievement-oriented and able to work autonomously
- Dynamic problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business-acumen, extremely resourceful and quick thinker
- Experience cultivating relationships over the phone an asset.
- Results oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Possess a track record of managing customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process.
- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Take ownership of work and pride in what is produced.
- A lifelong learner who enjoys learning new methods and technologies/strives to continuously improve the sales development process and demonstrates a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
