**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company's brand and offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the designated market area

Pay: $48,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Outside sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
