**Responsibilities**:

- **Actively**pursue**new**business**opportunities**and exceed revenue targets within the executive search and talent management market.
- Develop and execute a **strategic**sales**plan**to penetrate target industries and verticals, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to drive growth.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations, **articulating**our**value**proposition**and**service**offerings**with confidence.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from **prospecting**and**lead**generation**to contract negotiation and closing, demonstrating strong sales acumen.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with service delivery capabilities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking sales activities and progress using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- **Exceptional**interpersonal**and**communication**skills**—you can build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Thrive in a **fast-paced,**high-pressure**sales**environment**with resilience and adaptability.
- Deep understanding of various sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales.
- Minimum of **3+**years**of**sales**and**account**management**experience**; outbound sales is required with a strong track record in B2B sales.
- **Averaging**a**minimum**of**50**outbound**B2B**calls**daily**, with a focus on achieving quality conversations and meeting sales and KPI goals.
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
