Our client is a niche provider of HR solutions that supports the needs of small businesses worldwide. With a recent expansion into North America from Toronto, they are looking to bring on a new Business Development Manager in London, Ontario. Role Overview The right candidate is entrepreneurial, well‑networked, and passionate about growing their own business. A big‑picture thinker who values building relationships and finding creative ways to build new business. Smart, professional, polished, strategic and client‑oriented – this is a home‑based opportunity for an individual who will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Responsibilities Hunting role winning new business in the London area Targeting small businesses of up to 100 employees Outside Sales role – meeting with clients in‑person and over Zoom Working directly with Business Owners to help provide them with HR services Qualifications Minimum 2 years in outside B2B sales required Experience selling directly to SMB Owners, particularly in sectors such as finance, consulting, insurance, or real estate Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation of a $60,000 base salary and OTE of $160,000 ($96K fully guaranteed in year 1) Company car or monthly car allowance provided Benefits, 3 weeks vacation, and other perks included Opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing global organization How to Apply Direct message the job poster from Sales Talent Agency.
