**FOREMAN/CREW LEADER**

**Crew Leader Mission**:

- Set and manage the expected pace and quality of septic systems, infill, fields installations etc.
- Be ahead of work fronts through the various stages of a foundation build
- Contribute to a performance culture within the team

**Basic Requirements for Position**:

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- 4+ years experience in Sewer and Water
- Able to read and interpret all working drawings and build accordingly
- Able to effectively lead a crew to achieving labour budget requirements
- Able to take a set of drawings and complete a job without assistance outside of the crew
- **1. Leadership and Supervision**_
- Manage a crew of up to 4 people
- Set and discuss daily completion goals to ensure each team member understands their roles and responsibilities to achieve set results
- Be fully aware and capable of all the methods needed to complete a project - from mobilization through to demobilization of a job
- Crew, tools, materials and job location always organized to complete jobs as efficiently as possible
- **2. Project Planning and Coordination**_
- Plan and coordinate work flow, material, inspection, pour and subtrade schedules
- Ability to interpret all drawings and complete accordingly
- Manage the teams performance through motivation and guidance to achieve goals
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders addressing any concerns or issues
- **3. Quality Control**_
- Bring forward potential design or schedule conflicts to parties involved
- Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) which will be used to complete tasks and prevent quality issues
- **4. Daily updates to all administrative tracking**_
- Maintain and update Trello project management software
- Completion of checklists, quality control and reports required to maintain project documentation

**Compensation Expectancy**:

- $32.00 - $42.00/Hour

Skillset and abilities must be proven consistently to receive additional compensation or promotion. To be assessed upon 3 month evaluation, and 1 year evaluation. Performance evaluations to be completed yearly therein.

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
