Exterior Finisher

Division 7 Projects specializes in exterior finishing. We are looking to fill Lead Installer positions to complete exterior building envelope systems, siding, soffit/fascia, eavestrough and window/door installs. The Lead Installer will oversee smaller picture aspects of the overall project, assigned by the Site Foreman and Supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in commercial, multi-family, residential exterior construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of exterior product installation guidelines.
- Commitment to safe practices and standards.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
