**Role Description**

This is a 6-month contract role for an In-Venue Support Rep at Rafflebox Technologies. The In-Venue Support Rep will be responsible for providing customer and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This is a hybrid role, requiring the In-Venue Support Rep to be located in Halifax, NS, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Position Summary**

We are hiring an In-Venue support specialist to help manage our growing In-Venue 50/50 platform. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, processing account creations, communicating with customers, provide training and documentation, as well as manage the logistics and shipping of devices. This is a role within the Rafflebox organization with potential for growth as we expand our product nationally. This role may require you to travel to various events across Canada to provide customer support and on-the-ground training. On-call rotation expectation as team grows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Shipping and receiving of inventory to and from sites.
- Asset management
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Becoming familiarized with nationwide provincial rules and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers and creating knowledge base articles.
- Experience with shipping and receiving
- Experience working in a customer support environment.
- Training experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products - Work - PowerPoint - Excel - Microsoft Outlook.
- Hubspot experience an asset
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Windows
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Experience with banking and credit card handling is a plus.

**Hours of Work**
- Anywhere within 9AM-5PM or 12PM-8PM. Rotating on-call coverage for weekends
