**What you’ll be doing**:
The Product Development Specialist drives profitable sales of branded promotional merchandise products to a specific customer base by collaborating with the Strategic Account Manager in order to source trendy, creative, and customized products that will excite the imagination of the customer and incite them to purchase.

**What you bring to the table**
- Purchasing / buying / merchandising experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a flair for presenting
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly proficient business written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to discern message content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill sets
- Strong negotiation skills

**Qualifications**:
**What’s needed
- Basic Qualifications**
- 2+ Years relevant work experience in product marketing, merchandising or related field
- Experience in the retail (fashion or consumer goods) industry preferred.
- High School Diploma required
- University or college diploma in fashion, sales or business or equivalent working experience within a B2B sales environment is preferred
