**Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Full Time Permanent, Immediate - $50,000- $53000.**

**Days/Hours: Monday - Friday - 9.00 am - 5.00 p.m. - 35 Hours Weekly - location at the office. Company Paid Benefit Premium: Health/Dental/Vision/AD/D & Life Insurance.**

Link Product Solutions Limited **i**s one of Canada's fastest growing and leading suppliers of Seasonal, Stationery and General Merchandise products to independent and major retailers in North America, the Caribbean, Central, and South America. Located in Vaughan, Ont. we operate in a 150,000 sq. ft Office, Distribution and Showroom facility with offsite satellite warehouses to service our retailers' efficiently.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting of daily cash including post-dated cheques
- Taking customer phone payments and resolving discrepancies
- Balancing cash journal at the end of the day & closing the credit card batch
- Answering Customer Service calls and Order entry
- Calling cash in advance customers for payments prior to preparing their orders
- Inputting new accounts
- Co-ordinating with the warehouse on pick-up orders; carriers for shipment/delivery updates

**Qualification**
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience Accounts Receivable/ Cash Application and Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable process
- Ability to work in a timely and organized manner with attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in written

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Strong analytical skills to assess account information effectively.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
