Kitchen Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
- **Supervisory Experience** in the fast food industry or related field.
- Strong **organizational and leadership skills**, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to communicate fluently in **English**, **French**, and any **Asian language**.
- Proven **culinary background** with experience in fast food or a similar high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Culinary Arts diploma an advantage.
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
