**Kitchen Team Member**

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow Burger Factory recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are considered an asset.
