**Responsibilities**:
Supervise kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.Assist in menu development and contribute to the creation of new dishes.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen.Passion for Thai cuisine and a desire to learn and grow.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
