**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content for specific networks to spread our brand and our content.
- Define, lead the creation of and maintain the company website, blogs and other web presence
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract critical insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Assisting in the preparation of long
- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience with social media engagement, developing marketing plans, and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Able to work well independently
- Detail-oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Willingness and ability to travel

This position is hybrid. You may often work remotely, and you will also be expected to engage in face-to-face activities regularly at the North Bay location.

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in social media strategy and online marketing
